at KAI SPA, your time is valuable-and so is ours. To provide the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 40% charge of the scheduled service. Repeated late cancellations may result in the need to prepay for future bookings.
